The qualifier is when you’re talking about money, and earnings. That is a difficult conversation because, it also has a value judgment as to your worth, your efforts and your energies.

It also allows for the reflective judgement call on all your past decisions.

It also points to the ”value” that society places on said work.

Money and how its made and allocated really points out to every inequity that exists and is institutionalized …. so in closing, ”Income” talk is more the problem.
