RML Theories

• What is the SOP on this ?  …. this is a moving target
• Can’t teach this stuff  (w/sarcasm) ….   “when the obvious is completed”
• All else fails, yell Andy’s name, it seems to make everyone feel better.  Thankfully Andy is good natured.
• The team –

Bob – Chairman, he is happy he has a place to go and something to bring together.   We are sympatico.

Josh – An overlord; benevolent Master of language, tools, lumber, air hoses with an uncanny ability create a building from chaos.

Joe – A solid right hand, willing to fight the fight and plow forward

Johnnie – Steady, calm and diligent.  When the storm of chaos brews, he prefers to fly around it.

Robbie – his IQ and 30 + yrs of experience leaves him skilled but jaded.  A pragmatic but creative carpenter artist.

Andy – Head down, he has an amazing tolerance for his name being yelled.  When on the site, he does more to make the lives of the other carpenters easier than they realize.  Although they might say “come on Andy” even though he still has not finished the other “Come on Andy”  …. or the 3 other tasks he has been asked to do.
