Scrapper Management Theory:

A willingness to lie to oneself; to delude, distort or otherwise self-protect with malice.

To knowingly, willingly have the ability to lie, deceive and ultimately cheat another in a transaction, either business, personal or both.

To use your position or power for personal gain.

To not fulfill your obligations with diligence and humility.

To lay waste and leave destruction wherever you go.

To have no character.
