New House Theory

1. It is awesome the first time…
2. not as much the second.
3. When I was 30 and loaded with energy it was exceptional.
4. When I am 52, I need a nap.
5. I prefer the warmth of FL, but we are there too early.
6. I am creating a vacation Theory, as an off shoot of House Theory.
7. I am a sell out, considering Vinyl.
