At first, I wrote a long winded bunch of words .. no need,

my close ………….. too many people complain that it’s too hard or expensive, even older people my age or my youngest nephew, complain.

It is true they and many other generations were “sold a bill of goods that was not quite right”. You need to get on with life, waiting does not help, planning only goes so far, and before you know it, poof!! you are in your 30’s. Similar to someone in their late 50’s or early 60’s , poof !! I don’t have quite enough savings to retire … seriously, everyone needs to start everything early, rich or poor, black, white, hispanic, asian … any religion.

Get a partner, have a kid , buy some real estate and save some money, you will have to leave your hometown and likely move to work.

But go, get moving. This is the WSJ after all.

In retirement, pontification is my hobby.
